Cancellation

Donubeiot may sometimes call off orders that we can’t fulfil. We can choose to reject or void any order at any time for any reason. Orders could be voided for several reasons like product or pricing mistakes, issues raised by our credit and fraud team, or if we run out of stock. We may also need extra details before we can accept the order. You’ll be told if all or part of your order can’t be completed or if we need to know more details. If we void your order after your card has been charged, we’ll add that money back to your card. We’ll keep hold of the money for your whole order. Delivery Time

Delivery times can change according to the destination, but we aim to get your order to you delivered within 10-15 working days.
